Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

All sales are final and there will be no refunds unless an item has an issue with it when it arrives. 

Refunds/Returns/ will only be accepted for 30 days after the order has been delivered.

(Orders cannot be damaged by you, for example, because you fell off your bike. To be eligible for any of these, this is only if the item doesn't work when it originally gets delivered.)

IF YOU BUY SOMETHING THAT'S NOT FOR THAT SELECTED BIKE FOR EXAMPLE, A SUPER 73 key igntion for a Rad Runner, and it doesn't work, there will be no refunds. Refunds are only for the selected bikes on the item.

We are not responsible for:

  • Falling off your bike/crashing and breaking it.
  • Normal wear and tear over 30 days.
  • Change of mind after it has been shipped
  • Installation damage or misuse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges: No Exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at outlier0333@gmail.com to fix the issue.
